Disliked: No towels in my room.

Liked: The friendliness of the staff who work the front desk. The quietness at night. The room was clean comfort to be in. I slept amazingly in the comfortable bed. The breakfast area was nice and clean, plus you had a variety of items you could choose from. The shower had great pressure when I took a shower.
Disliked: There really isn't anything I didn't like but my husband said he wished the room had a small coffee machine in it.

For the price, I was...

Liked: I liked having access to the parking lot and to the inside corridor. I liked the keyless entry door system. Key cards worked very good. The room, vanity, and bathroom were clean and smelled good. The bed slept good. TV had lots of channels. Did not have to listen to noise from other rooms. Liked the microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast had a good choice of food to eat for the economical price I paid for the room. I liked the convenient location to the stores and fast food restaurants on the west side of Norfolk.
Disliked: Bathroom could have had one more wash cloth and face towel.

Liked: Room was very clean, friendly staff, parking lot well lit, parking in front of room door. Quiet, very comfortable, felt very safe.
