Echo Lodge

This was an AWFUL room and experience. Bait and switched me on room price; destroyed my budget due to clerical ineptitude. Management refused to discuss the problems or resolve in a timely fashion. Room was unbelievably grungy; comforter, blankets, towels were dirty, stained and burned. Terrible experience with Echo Lodge. Buyer and hotel provider beware!

Liked: Proximity to bus lines and shopping.
Disliked: Refused to acknowledge promised price point; room cost $17 more per night plus taxes. Proprietess ran my credit card over and over until it declined, took from my debit card, then took days to refund the full amount; owner refused to discuss problems and discrepancies.

Liked: What did I not like,Asked if we had a pet 🐶 No we did not,no later than opening the door phone rang and was accusing us sneaking a dog in our bag not true, ice machine no iceFor two days, did not get fresh linens/sheets, halfa**Job vacuuming not ever again...
Disliked: No ice for two days, did not get clean sheets 😞 , got accused of sneaking a dog in our bags by security watching us on video 📸 was not a good feeling, I told the lady at the front desk on the phone to come and check she said she was to busy??? WTH , NOT AGAIN...ONE MORE THING MY RESERVATION WAS FOR A KING SIZE BED I GOT A SMALL TWIN..

Disliked: Toilet didn't like to flush properly we had to hold it down for the water to go down.
