This was an AWFUL room and experience. Bait and switched me on room price; destroyed my budget due to clerical ineptitude. Management refused to discuss the problems or resolve in a timely fashion. Room was unbelievably grungy; comforter, blankets, towels were dirty, stained and burned. Terrible experience with Echo Lodge. Buyer and hotel provider beware!

Liked: Proximity to bus lines and shopping.
Disliked: Refused to acknowledge promised price point; room cost $17 more per night plus taxes. Proprietess ran my credit card over and over until it declined, took from my debit card, then took days to refund the full amount; owner refused to discuss problems and discrepancies.

The worst, dishonest, fraudulent motel...

Disliked: Stayed there one night and it was just okay. Nothing special at all.Two nights later booked another room with them. They were very rude. Wanted us to cancel the reservation with booking.com and pay them directly with an added deposit. They didn’t honor the confirmed booking. Extremely rude, dishonest and fraudulent. Awful.

THAT BEST MOTEL IN SACRAMENTO...

Liked: My #1 Favorite Motels. I've been frequenting this motel since 2015. Always quite and clean. Nice and wonderful staff. Always enjoy being there. And I'll always come back. Thank you for my stay. See you in 3 weeks
Disliked: Everything and having a store right next door is a plus.
