A great place to relax...
Liked: Conveniently located in a modern renovation of a historic building. The staff was super helpful! Front desk and room service were both wonderful.
Disliked: Rooms are a little small, but I appreciated the large bed.

Disliked: Although clean there was a smell of cigarettes and air fresheners trying to mask it Mark on bed cover and marks inside cupboard with coffee machine didn’t know how long water had been in machine I didn’t like the bathroom sink too small toilet door wouldn’t shut no where to hang clothes

Liked: The beds were very comfortable, the location was perfect, the private garden is amazing, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful
Disliked: Unfortunately we ran into many issues across multiple rooms that we were moved into:1. A room with broken motorized blinds in the bathroom meant having privacy in the shower was harder (just unlucky)2. A room with air con that wasn’t functioning leading to a progressive increase in temperature and 2/3 shower heads with a very loud compression noise on usage 3. A complimentary upgrade room which was very nice but again the aircon appeared to be at the least quite weak, we resorted to opening the window and thankfully it was a cooler night to help. The “smart” functionality with the lighting ended up being a bit of a nuisance.. as when one of us called it a night earlier when the other returned the lights would automatically switch on waking them up. The staff were extremely helpful and empathetic throughout, but unfortunately the stay ended up being much less of a seamless rest than even a simple premier inn room, despite the added luxuries and helpful staff.
