Liked: Staff were excellent. Very nice, happy, always happy to help, with great spoken English. Very knowledgeable about Rome and how to go about, giving great tips on where to go/eat.
Disliked: The walls are quite thin.

Disliked: the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything and you cannot make a lot of noise either

Perfect location for The Vatican

Liked: Fantastic location for The Vatican, nice area with a selection of restaurants nearby.The room was a good size, nice and clean, comfortable bed. We had to check in after reception hours but the process was straightforward and when we did see any staff they were very nice.Short walk from a metro station to get into central Rome and also buses available so good transport links.
