Liked: Beautiful building and grounds, room was big, bed/pillow very comfortable, staff super friendly, parking fabulous, breakfast was awesome with buffet selection vast, help yourself was ideal. Location was ideal with a 16 minute walk into the town.
Disliked: Hard to find fault but good job we had a bath as shower/water pressure not great…. This was a minor issue because there was a big bath.

Liked: I loved the size of the room. It was very spacious and clean. Looking out to the gardens was perfect. The outdoor area was lovely to sit out with friends in the evening, and the staff could not do enough for us. It was a hot night, but the room provided a fan, which was surprisingly quiet, so an added bonus! Everyone was polite and friendly, albeit a little flustered. I wonder whether there were staff shortages as breakfast was extra busy due to the hotel being full, but the food was replenished quickly.
Disliked: The pillows were slightly uncomfortable, but that is just personal preference. It was a little noisy early hours of the morning, but again, with the hotel being so busy, it was likely people leaving early.
