Great location and amenities, bad...

Liked: Clean, spacious room with great amenities. Nice pool and lobby areas. Proximity to airport. Fast and reliable round-trip airport shuttle.
Disliked: Bad experiences with service. The man at the front desk named Aurelio who checked me in was very short and dismissive with me, but visibly much friendlier to another guest at the desk. Offered no information at checkin whatsoever, had a burdened tone with me although I had completed the remote checkin process ahead of time to facilitate a seamless transaction. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad from the onsite restaurant for room service which they failed to process correctly and didn’t start making until an hour after the order was put in. Terrible considering the auto 18% service charge + $3 delivery fee to the room for overcooked/rubbery chicken that arrived an hour and a half after ordering. Very frustrating after a long day of travel.

Luxury experience without the price.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. My room key was giving trouble and they made sure I was helped immediately and the problem was resolved. I was also able to receive Amazon packages without a fee which was amazing.
Disliked: That breakfast wasn’t complimentary.

Hotel was nice but it’s...

Liked: Property charged my credit card 3x the amount of the daily hold. Explained the charge was processed and they insisted to charge me again. When checking out, I was asked again for my card to charge.
Disliked: Please listen to your guest when they show you their live credit card charges and believe them after proper validation.

A nice clean hotel close...

Liked: Breakfast was good and met our needs. The hotel is positioned well for the airport as we were only staying one night before moving on to the Gulf Coast for 3 weeks. Would highly recomend.
Disliked: Nothing, our expectations were met in full.
