Liked: It’s nice comfortable beside tram easy access to move main Zurich hub station
Disliked: In wash sink blocked but any how manage

Liked: Easy automated access, clean rooms.
Disliked: No A/C in the summer, opening the windows lets in more noise than fresh air. Upstairs neighbor kept making a lot of noise up until 3am.

Would not recommend, unless with...

Liked: The location is very good, the check-in and check-out experience was smooth, the lockers are very convenient to leave our stuff on our last day before going to the airport.
Disliked: The room doesn't have a single chair or place to leave clothes, not even a small closet. The bathroom is unnecessarily small and inconvenient. The room was super expensive for what it is. It was like a private hostel room, but at the cost of a regular hotel room. It would be fine if the price were half of what it was. The room was poorly ventilated and quite loud from the street downstairs.

I won’t be staying again....

Liked: I didn’t like anything about this place.
Disliked: Stains on walls. Church bells going off every 15 mins (no exaggeration). Furniture was literally a bed and a bin, nowhere to put anything, devices had to charge on the floor.
