A well located and fairly...

Liked: Very well placed hotel and good value for money
Disliked: There was no drinking vessel (plastic cup) in the bathroom for brushing our teeth.

Fine to catch a few...

Liked: Straight forward and simple. Room was small but fine for a one night last minute stop over to get a few hours sleep.
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable. Literally rock solid like sleeping on a board. The walls are thin, so it is pretty noisy.

Very good

Liked: Loved the fact you catered for my sisters birthday she absolutely loved it! Really good location to the theatre and station and was very clean and comfy
Disliked: Being located on the ground floor we could hear the staff all night which wasn’t great but didn’t cause too much bother! We also were startled by the fire alarm at 7.30am and the tv has no wifi

Fab

Liked: We liked the birthday balloons and chocolates. The price and location was excellent. The staff were lovely. Air con was great.
Disliked: The shower was a bit small but it was a cosy room and the air con worked great.

Very good

Liked: Clean, quiet, safe, friendly staff, professional.
Disliked: Was all OK as we just stayed 1 night to be close to Victoria station to get the Gatwick express to the airport. Basic but good.

Cheerful

Liked: Cheap and cheerful for the location. Lucky the room had aircon
Disliked: The didn’t crack a smile

I would use this hotel...

Liked: Awesome location, like best ever spot.. Great Value for money, clean rooms with AC as well.. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The beds are a little hard, but doable.. more pillows would’ve been nice too as they were flat like pancakes. There was no tea or coffee offered in the rooms which was a bit annoying and odd to me, I have never been to a hotel that didn’t offer drinks in the room.. not really any amenities, like a fridge or microwave.. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t a garbage bin in the room,I had to use a reusable bag to throw things out..
