Some rooms are very noisy,...

Liked: Staff are really lovely, location is great, and facilities are what you'd expect from an easyHotel.
Disliked: Specifically, the location of room LG.9 where I stayed was incredibly noisy, to the point I could not sleep. It is directly below reception, so you can hear all footfall and the coffee machine going all hours; and it is right by the door by the stairs, so again, can hear people coming and going constantly. If I was paying less than £100 per night for this, it would be less of a pain point, but my room cost over £160 per night, and the bare minimum expectation I have is to be able to sleep. I did ask if other rooms where available to switch, the staff were really apologetic and nice, but unfortunately couldn't be switched. It wasn't the cheapest room in the place (cheaper is without windows), so for what you pay the very least I'd expect is to be able to sleep, which I didn't.

Liked: Location, staff and cleanliness were good!
Disliked: The rooms are more like pods, very small, but if you just need a bed… they are great!

Noisey and tiresome

Liked: Was clean
Disliked: Had to climb 3 flights of stairs even though I booked this last October for July this year, was given the wrong room, we cut our stay short by a night as we couldn’t sleep as it was to noisey, I’m sure the cast of stomp was above us while the fast and furious was clearly filming on the road outside! Widows might as well have been made out of paper!

Exceptional

Liked: Easy and nice hotel for a night. Very small rooms but they inform about that so nothing to be suprised about. Perfect place when you just need a bed. Aircondition was perfect.
