convienient, great staff, terrible rooms

Liked: We met 3 members of staff who were all amazing and overly friendly! The location was good too.
Disliked: I've stayed in easy hotels before, this one with no window left no concept of time, no late check out due to a local event and the room was dusty with a bed that creaked when you moved over, the mattress came away from the headboard just from laying down meaning no pillows as they sank into the gap. we paid over £200 for one night but I assume this was due to a festival in the area.

Small sized room but good...

Liked: Very clean, access to room was easy
Disliked: Hall way light didn’t come on straight away so would have to walk in the dark a little bit to get further into the corridor. Couldn’t stay for longer in that room as it was too small, but ideal for what we needed.

Liked: Lovely receptionist who was both helpful and charming.I think she was Romanian with dark hair.Please thank her for her brilliant service
Disliked: Parking included

Liked: Cheap price good location.
Disliked: Had to pay extra for parking

Vert pleased with the hotel.

Liked: It was modern inside and very tasteful I liked its simplicity.
Disliked: Under the bed were the headboard is it was very dusty and there was a remote and lots of other debris there.
