Absolutely Awful

Liked: Nothing. The elevator was broken, and I had to walk up (as a disabled person) 9 flights of stairs at 1230am. With a service dog and a suitcase.

Passable for one night

Liked: Very reasonably priced, easy access to the metro
Disliked: The elevator was still out of order and we weren’t informed until the day even though it appears it had been this way for a while. We were still issued a room on the top floor so we had to cling all the stairs with luggage. No amenities in the room, not even a cup for a glass of water.

Disliked: No lift. Sign saying been like this from April 2024. Not good.

Strange place, poorly managed, and...

Liked: The location is fine, especially if you need to be in the North of Paris. The bed is large enough.
Disliked: The staff at this hotel are generally unhelpful and at times quite rude. For example, one employee at the check-in desk was reclining in his chair and made no effort to assist, even when I placed my passport on the counter, he did not want to reach for it, forcing me to lean awkwardly across the desk. The staff should make an effort to make guests feel more welcome and avoid giving strange, insistent, almost angry stares at them. They should remember that they are employees, and they are here for the guests, not the other way around.Check-in itself was painfully slow, with only one desk open while several other staff stood idly nearby. The self-service kiosks were out of order as well, which only added to the delay.In the evenings, the lobby felt chaotic, with what appeared to be friends or family of the staff lingering around, creating a disruptive, unprofessional atmosphere.The Wi-Fi didn’t quite work on iPhones, and when I asked about it, the staff openly acknowledged the issue. Both elevators were also out of service.Breakfast was disappointing for €13, a very limited selection of items, seemingly just bought from the supermarket across the street.Overall, the experience was very strange. This hotel is poorly managed, and well below reasonable standards for a hotel. The entire atmosphere felt unwelcoming and at times almost hostile.

Liked: Clean! Close to metro station & bus stop. Bakery, market & pharmacy within a 2 minute walk! Staff was amazing friendly and super helpful.

overall stay was good.

Liked: we did not have breakfast. The location was to our expectation.
Disliked: We were disappointed with the lack of lift as it was difficult for us to go up and down the stairs.
