Very good

Liked: We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is right next to a metro station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpfuly! One big advantage was having a parking spot in the underground garage. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order during our stay (fortunately, the staff helped us carry our suitcases upstairs). Overall – I recommend it :)

Liked: Really friendly stuff. The elevator wasn’t working so they offer us free early check-in and free late check-out.There are microwave and free water in the hall, and vending machines with sweets and water.Really clean rooms and towels.It is possible to take hair dryer and iron on the reception.

Liked: Excellent location, a metro station, bakery and supermarket right at door step of hotel. Neat and clean locality.

An Easyjet hotel. The name...

Liked: It was new, spotlessly clean and close to public transport. Right opposite a metro. There was also a brilliant boulangerie just across the road. Our room was very quiet, no noise from the street or other guests. I think it would be very good for a one night stopover before catching a train from Gare du Nord.I'd like to make special mention of the tall porter who went out of the hotel to get some ice (there was none in the hotel) when my friend hurt her head and later carried a cup of tea for her to our room. He was exceptionally kind, thoughtful and courteous. Thanks a million.
Disliked: It's an Easyjet hotel so the same policy and ethos applies. You get the bare minimum but it's all clean and functioning. The rooms are tiny. There wasn't enough room for both of us to move between the narrow twin beds at the same time and we're small. If you want any 'luxuries' like a wardrobe, cupboards, drawers or anywhere to put your clothes, you will be disappointed. No phone to call reception, no chairs, though there was a wooden stool, not even a paper cup to rinse your mouth in the bathroom. The lifts weren't working (neither were the Metro station lifts but that's not the hotel's fault) but porters were on hand on arrival. We had to leave early in the morning and asked for someone to help us get our luggage down. We were told to ring a number ourselves. When told we didn't have French phones the receptionist did ring for us but no one arrived. The night porter seemed very surprised to be asked- he hadn't been notified.There are no hot drink making facilities in the rooms. There is a coffee machine (no tea), cold water and a kettle in the lobby, but no cups.We are of advancing years and my friend has reduced mobility. I don't think the hotel is aimed at clients like us. I hope this information may help similar people make a more informed choice.
