More tired than I was

Liked: The staff are always friendly&accommodating….This visit was booked as I was too tired to drive home.On arrival I wasn’t given a breakfast sheet to fill out, so presumed it was ok for next morning as I am a regular visitor.Then was told there wasn’t a chef so could only order a pizza or go out and bring something in since there was no chef, I opted for a pizza.then a full bus arrived with children.a lot ended up on my floor, I went to bed 18.00 and they continued to slam doors and run up and down the corridor between rooms chapping on doors talking and laughing loudly…I got out of bed and asked them to keep the noise down as others where staying to and to be respectful!the tv didn’t work in the room so lay listening to this still going on till 20.00 by which time they had chapped my door and ran away, I caught them giggling as they supposedly waited at another door, I went down to reception and complained and was told folks had complained the night before also about there conduct,also was told remote in the room I was in (312)was stolen and the one I had was a universal one so batteries where changed so still never worked,teacher was at reception and said he’d speak to the girls which I heard he did…I was looking forward to washing and drying my clothes only to be told the dryer hadn’t worked for some time, then at breakfast Mattie the duty manager challenged my free breakfast as a genius member as nothing was laid out and said I couldn’t get anything! As I hadn’t filled out a breakfast sheet! It was only 8.45 a.m. I explained I wasn’t given one and there roller blinds that was storing all breakfast items was rolled up….made me feel awful,you’d think I’d asked him to make me a fully cooked breakfast!same thing happened with a couple as I was checking out! Same questions asked! Then reluctantly the staff let them have breakfast! I remarked it seemed a common theme! So perhaps they don’t like booking.com customers….
Disliked: The bus full of unruly loud children and no dryer to dry clothes if I washed them and the fact I had to argue my point for breakfast!
