Liked: Nothing you didn't let us stay and you refused a refund, all because my son didn't look old enough. He stayed the night before without me and without issue, even after proving his age you didn't let us stay and kept our money for 2 nights extra stay
Disliked: Any thing, your manager is a money grabber

Liked: Quick and Easy to check in , room was quiet, comfortable and tidy.
Disliked: Only issue was that the shower for some reason would only pump out scolding hot water. I informed the front desk so I'm sure that they will rectify it.

Liked: It was clean, the staff was very friendly. This is the second time I have stayed
Disliked: The mattresses do really need upgrading. Literally felt like we slept on an ironing board. We stripped the beds for the cleaners like we do anywhere and the state of the mattress protecter was hideous. Unfortunately no fault of the hotels but the first night we was rudely woken at 2 in the morning of our neighbours having a full on brawl in the next room! I told the staff in the morning they did say I should of called or gone down to reception and they would of dealt with it but honestly with that and the mattress there was no sleep hardly unfortunately this has made me make the decision not to stay here again! But the staff was truly so pleasant
