Good

Disliked: The mirrors are placed so as to make them unusable to see full length as there is no room to stand between bed and mirror or would make much more sense to have them opposite the bathroom , also tv mounted too high

For a one-night stay

Liked: The hotel is very central, just a short walk from the main station and close to one of Manchester’s main streets, making it convenient for getting around.
Disliked: The room itself was extremely small, with no proper storage space—only two hangers fixed to the wall, which isn’t much for a double room. The toilet was minuscule, and the sanitary bin had no bag. Towels provided on arrival were dirty, and even after requesting replacements, the new ones were only slightly cleaner. Out of four plugs in the room, only two worked.Lighting was another issue: during the night, light came in both from under the main door (we ended up blocking it with shoes) and from the window, as the curtains did little to block outside light. The windows themselves couldn’t be opened, which made the room feel stuffy. Being on the main street also meant it was noisy, especially early in the morning with buses and car horns. Before check-in, we tried to leave our bags, but were told it would cost £5 per bag. Only after mentioning we had booked via Booking.com were we charged £5 total. When we left our bags after check-out, there was no charge.Overall: For a one-night stay, if all you need is a place to sleep and you value location over comfort, it can be an acceptable option. For a longer or more comfortable stay, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
