Liked: The location was great, the hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were very polite and helpful and gave us extra pillows and a fan. The rooms were spacious, but the bed was very uncomfortable

Liked: Good location on a nice street . Felt secure as a lone female traveller. Staff were friendly
Disliked: The bed was extremely firm. Found it uncomfortable to sleep on. Limbs were aching and very broken sleep.

Liked: Easy to locate, allowed early check in and check out. It was good value for money and all the staffs were helpful from the receptionist to the housekeeping team.
Disliked: Considering that I was coming from a hot city in UAE, the room was very cold. Even with the fixed heater on, it was cold. The staff gave me a room heater but that gave me a bad headache.

Disliked: Booking.com charged us £65 for Thursday, whilst checking in we decided to book the following Thursday which Easy only charged us £44.When we went to the room it was shocking,tiny room,plain walls,bed shoved up against the wall,no kettle,tea or coffee.Went straight down to cancel but was told NO REFUNDS,Absolutely disgusting,
