The staff was helpful. The bed was very hard and I couldn't sleep the whole night and there was only one pillow.

Lovely hotel but seriously poor...

Liked: Modern and clean hotel with lovely decor in great location. Would have liked to have stayed much longer.
Disliked: Unfortunately the attitude and behaviour of the manager totally ruined my experience. I was put in a room that had a very loud noise. After waiting for 6 hours, I was offered another room with the same problem. Instead of trying to understand and empathise with me, the manager blamed me for not accepting the other room. The manager clearly did not care about my complaint and shockingly told me to never book a room at the hotel ever again. Never have I ever experienced such a statement at any hotel in the world. The manager could have easily apologised and promised a better experience next time. But this was too much to ask from such a manager . If it was not for her attitude and demeaning statement, I would have stayed much longer.

Liked: In town centre, very close to everything
Disliked: Very small and was slightly dusty under the bed area

Disappointed in the room size...

Liked: The hotel was clean and quiet.
Disliked: There was only one flat pillow on the beds, therefore very uncomfortable to sleep.No room around the beds, we had to change in front of the door.

Disliked: The only thing was there was few car noise going up down the road but it was the town centre but gad a good sleep
