The staff was helpful. The bed was very hard and I couldn't sleep the whole night and there was only one pillow.

Disliked: We loved the stay the only thing that we don’t like is that there is no tea and coffee facilities so we have to bring Our own kettle with us, which is a bit pain, so we bought a collapsible kettle that the only thing we didn’t like about the stay They have got a coffee/ tea vending machine facilities downstairs, but you have to pay for it in the vending machine which wasn’t good so if you stay bring a kettle

Liked: Clean , efficient check in : check out , safe as a solo traveller and it had everything I needed the rooms were small but after a long few days at the Suffolk Show I just need to rest and sleep and this ticked all the boxes

Disliked: Toilets are not cleaned until after you leave the hotel, it’s very bad, rooms should be cleaned every day

Liked: Very well located, very clean and good facilities in the building for coffee and refreshments. Lovely Italian restaurant directly opposite the hotel with great food. Comfortable stay overall and great priced
Disliked: Nothing bad to really say… maybe rooms could be a little bit bigger?
