Underwhelming and disappointing but did...

Liked: Room and hotel was clean. Location was good with being city centre, though surrounding area felt a little dodgy or unsafe for two young women. Hotel could have maybe been signposted a bit more.
Disliked: The room felt very cramped. Booked a twin but may aswell have booked a double as the beds were that close together. I know the rooms are meant to be compact but there was nowhere to put your things, no degree of separation, toilet felt about the same size as an airplane bathroom. The automatic hourly turn off of the fan etc made the room feel even stuffier.

Happy with our stay.

Liked: Location is perfect for us. Always get a clean room. We booked a twin room with no window and on arrival, got offered a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room with a window. To be honest we've stayed in both types previously and all those rooms are really the same size. Unfortunately the view was of the car park, so not very nice.
Disliked: Mattresses not the best, very springy and uncomfortable.Lighting in room needs to be much better especially for rooms with no windows. The decor in the rooms is very dark, so better lighting is a must.

Never stay here, the rooms...

Liked: Reception staff very welcoming, and booking in was easy
Disliked: Where do I start? The room lacks basic facilities. The bathroom was smaller than a touring caravan that ive stayed in, it is similar in size to that of an aeroplane bathroom. The shower curtain was hanging off, when you used the shower the whole bathroom floor gets we and unless you are a contortionist it is impossible to get dressed in there. Never before have I had to place a towel OUTSIDE the bathroom before to prevent over spill from the shower. The bed wasnt long enough for either me or my 15 year old and out legs hung over the bed. There is no hair dryer, place to sit, no coffee/tea facilities. I was unable to open the window to let fresh air into the room. Awful. I will NEVER stay in an Easy hotel ever again. I travel with work quite a lot, but I have never stayed in such a poor cramped room
