No fresh towels daily. No room to turn around with two of us. Very tiny. Shower was hardly a shower.

Easy hotel great location

Liked: Great location. Lovely view of the castle from the room. Spotlessly clean.
Disliked: Be aware that there is no lift. 3 floors and all stairs so if you have mobility issues bare this in mind.

Disliked: I knew the room was going to be small and basic but it was the size of a toilet. Nowhere to put your belongings when trying to get ready! Nowhere for toiletries.

Hugely over priced

Liked: It was central reasonably clean
Disliked: It was hugely over priced for the standard and size of the room - would NEVER book again. It was worth £60, I paid £164!

Liked: The worst place I have ever experienced
Disliked: My partner and I did not fit in the space. This was not a room . We lasted 5 minutes and asked for a refund to be told no we would have to contact the manager who did not answer the phone . The phone number the receptionist gave me rang a phone beside her and she shook her head . She was on her own which I believe is a breach of health and safety. No lift no window no manners. I would like a full refund as I will be taking this further if I don’t. We had to find accommodation else where. What was supposed to be a romantic weekend was ruined by this negative experience
