No fresh towels daily. No room to turn around with two of us. Very tiny. Shower was hardly a shower.

Disliked: They do penny pinching, charging for keeping bags after checkout, not letting me use toilet after checkout “we don’t have toilets for public” come on i paid 175 every night to stay im not public!! no shampoo conditioner in toilet, there was just one liquid, all in one.

Not for claustrophobia sufferers!

Liked: Good location, 24 hour check in staff. Bed was okay but the person on the wall side had to climb over the other if they wanted to get out during the night.
Disliked: I've stayed in an Easyhotel before so knew what to expect but the rooms in this one are tiny. More of a pod than a room, it was the width of the bed. My wife & i had to take it in turn to get dressed as there was only enough floor area for one person to stand up at a time. The 'bathroom' was one of these preconstructed plastic things, a cross between a caravan shower & a portaloo. The shower valve in ours was stuck & would only reach tepid. I could probably live will all that if it was good value but we paid around £150 for one night.

Disliked: Room too small, bathroom too small, nowhere to put anything, one person couldn’t get out of the bed without climbing over the other person

Disliked: Having stayed here last night, I really don’t understand the negativity. The staff are friendly and welcoming and whilst the room is small, this is reflected in the price, when comparing it to other hotels in the area. This hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of Edinburgh and is perfect as a bed for the night and a shower in the morning. If you are looking to spend time sitting in your hotel room, then this probably isn’t the place for you, but if you are there to fully appreciate everything Edinburgh has to offer, then this place is perfect. Cheap, cheerful and cosy and for the lucky ones, a room with a decent view!
