Terrible

Liked: I had a bed to sleep in only positive thing I can think of
Disliked: The property wasn’t clean, air con didn’t work bare in mind it was reaching temperatures of nearly 30 degrees when I stayed there and the customer service I have received has been terrible and I definitely will not be staying here again

With the affordable price, I...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful (especially Krish, thank you), room was clean and comfortable. For the price I paid I was very happy with my stay and would stay again.
Disliked: I'd appreciate a table/desk and chair, even a small one for one person, as it got uncomfortable having to do many things whilst sitting on my bed. Other than that, I would happily stay again.

An extremely expensive night in...

Liked: I paid £128 for 1 night, which was outrageous. I generally stay at Premier Inns which are much better equipped with infinitely better room layout, a seat to sit on and a desk plus tea and coffee. I recently paid £82 for a double room. Your hotel might be reasonable value at £60 per night!
Disliked: The price. No seat. A bed pushed up against the window necessitating clambering over the bed. Etc. etc.

Not very happy the rooms...

Liked: The staff were polite
Disliked: The fact that the remote had a Netflix option but Netflix didn’t actually workOn the pictures, it showed a full length body mirror, but when I got into my room, there wasn’t a mirror, there was no wardrobe or bedside cabinets so I had to keep my clothes inside my suitcase for the duration of my stay

Cool and comfortable night's sleep...

Liked: Great location, comfortable beds essential air con. It was perfect for an overnight stay. I slept like a baby!
Disliked: A shelf next to the bed would be great to put things on. Better hangers for hanging up several clothes and towels.
