Liked: Clean and location was v convenient as I was attending an event at the Mailbox. Maria and Elisa on the front desk were fab - really nice, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: It is v basic, but I was aware of that as I have stayed before.

Poor customer service when something...

Disliked: Problem with air conditioning in room during my stay. Room temperature at 26 all night and could not reduce. Hotel have offered very low compensation for this. Won't be using this hotel or booking.com again for any future hotel bookings as customer service is poor when something goes wrong.
