Passable

Liked: Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The bed was UNBELIEVABLY uncomfortable and squeaky... Also sound proofing is lacking - I could here everything from people going in and out of other rooms to being woken up by the sound of someone else using the toilet - it was so loud I thought it was inside my own room.

Friendly staff, but small and...

Liked: Super friendly staff at the reception that made the checking in (early) and checking out experience a breeze and helped to orient us around
Disliked: The rooms are some of the smallest I have ever experienced and the double bed was barely big enough for two people. Bathroom is a simple frosted glass partition from the rest of the room. Good shower pressure though!

You get what you pay...

Liked: Good location, nice entrance, friendly reception staff. Good water machine in reception which was free to use.
Disliked: Bed was hard and tiny, single pillow provided was flat and smelled of head sweat. Only one towel was originally provided and shower screen was broken. No bedside table space, just a tiny shelf which was not enough space for a cup and mobile phone.

Perfect for a short stay!

Liked: The location was perfect, right in the centre but never had any noise issues. The staff were lovely. Room was clean! I also loved the organic hand and hair products in the bathroom.
Disliked: N/a

Great location and staff, but...

Liked: Great location and fantastic staff on reception
Disliked: The rooms were so basic and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. One flat pillow each, no furniture, dark and felt like we were in a box.

Room was tight and restrictive...

Liked: The room was clean but tight and compact .....however for the fee I paid in advance of one of ELO'S final ever shows....with no additional refreshments in the room....I'e no tea or coffee/ bottled water... I am disappointed.
Disliked: some form of refreshment and discount for a booking months in advance. I Know I've paid far more than I needed for what is or was a massive weekend in Birmingham/the midlands...I've looked and seen the prices are so very much different had I booked nearer this weekend regardless of the locality and the event...Villa park Black Sabbath , Silverstone Grand Prix. ...... Nothing in the room regards refreshments is a massive disappointment
