Disliked: Not much really, could have used a bar, but it's not that type of hotel. It was perfect for what I needed.

Liked: Nice and simple check in procedure, I had made a slight mistake in my booking, and Niki the manager had no problem helping me solve it. Comfy beds, clean rooms, air con is excellent, showers are basic but good water pressure and temperature control and the soap provided smelled fantastic.Checking out is as simple as handing in your key cards and leaving, and you're not hounded by housekeeping when you get close to check out time which is appreciated.Bijlmer Arena is a little bit out of the centre of Amsterdam if that's where you are planning to visit, but it's a short train ride and the train station is right next door. Will be returning for my yearly festival trips now.
Disliked: The hotel is quite basic. No restaurant or fancy features, but you get what you pay for and what you get it's fantastic.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and overall the hotel was great for the price. Even though it was a bit difficult to get to at first, we didn’t regret it the next morning since we could easily explore the AJAX stadium. It wasn’t perfect, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would most likely come back — just not in a triple room.
Disliked: Getting to the hotel was quite a challenge. I couldn’t find clear information online, and since we were traveling by car, we ended up driving in circles in the middle of the night as first-time visitors to Amsterdam — with road construction making it worse. We didn’t realize right away that you have to park before accessing the hotel. We booked mainly because the price was attractive, without realizing it’s next to the arena. Another issue was in the double room, where the AC was blowing directly above the beds, so my family had to turn it off. The bathroom glass was also more see-through than expected, and in the triple room, sharing the space wasn’t ideal. Let’s just say if someone used the toilet, everyone else knew it too (haha).
