Located on the highest part of Shanklin on the Isle of Wight Eastmount Hall is a hotel that enjoys great views eastwards over the Culver Cliffs. The property has a heated outdoor swimming pool as well free parking nearby and free WiFi in some areas. Lovely pleasant stay, lovely walk...

Liked: Breakfast selection was great for the whole family. Staff were amazing , very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: TV was very outdated and not smart. Couldn’t get channels for bedtime routine for kids. Only 2 plugs sockets in room so difficult to charge phones/devices. Bedroom doors are extra loud and squeaky, some guests were not mindful of closing doors quietly and in turn woke children up.

The shower was very poor,...

Liked: The environment was cleanStaff and the owners were nice as they went out of their way to help save my food in a fridge that wasn't meant for that. Also, the pool was closed but was opened when my children requested, at 20:00. I like all of them, to be honest.
Disliked: The staff and the outdoor facilities were amazing, but the bathroom facilities in my room to be specified, were very poor and the space was too small, no rag had been fixed to hang wet towels, washed pants, net or flannel and even space to put liquid soap. Also, water floods when bathing since the space is small so, I had to use towels to mop it.However everything is nice except the bathroom in room 15 that needs to be updated as above. I would love to stay there again, due to the owners behaviour but not in room 15.

Liked: Absolutely brilliant customer service,All of the workers are super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty, options are simple but enough. They remember your dietary preferences and next day you can find it on your table so you don't have to ask. ( like milk for example)The swimming pool is an amazing add-on, it's heated!We booked for 4 nights.We can't wait to go back to the Isle of Wight, Eastmount Hall hotel has become our only option for staying.You guys are amazing!
