Fair hotel with friendly staff

Liked: Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good but some days bacon, some days not.
Disliked: Entrance by car is hard to find with a tram in front. Area is a bit run down but hotel seemed fairly secure. Shower door concept could be better to avoid soaking the room

Good overnight stay in a...

Liked: Good overnight stay, permits pets and has parking. Rooms are comfy.
Disliked: We have stayed here before - this time there was some confusion at reception on the additional costs for having our dog with us where we were charged twice. The hotel were only able to reimburse us the overpayment 2 days later once the manager was back. Would recommend invoice breakdown being checked before payment.
