Liked: Room was clean, the bed was acceptable
Disliked: They didn't provide any soaps and there was Marijuana smells coming into my room from another room and the shower didn't have much hot water. I had it to it's hottest setting and it was lukewarm at best.

I won't be staying here...

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: When I arrived there was a sign stating the hostess would be back in 15 minutes. There were 3 other couples waiting ahead of me. When I finally did get to check in U was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes before I could get the room because it was still being cleaned, this was at 8:30 at night. I told the hostess that there were three of us staying in the room but there were enough towels for two. We never got anymore towels and the two were no replaced with clean ones the next day

Very disappointed with service. Would...

Liked: Had a king-size (requested) bed and a room to sleep in.
Disliked: Waited in line 1 hour 15 minutes to check in. Told us we had only booked one room, rather than 2. (There were 4 of us.) Breakfast foods were not replenished. Didn't clean the room or replenish towels. We were there 3 nights.

Do better.

Liked: Location near my son school.
Disliked: Check in was horrible!!!! employee will walk away take like 30-40 min to get back.No towels in rooms and room constantly was cold.

Never go there again

Disliked: TV didn't work shower to high pressure drain didn't drain

Disliked: Not sure if there was an elevator to get to the second floor

Liked: Rooms are of good size and clean. Pool is decent. Front desk was helpful with recommendations on restaurants and allowed us to keep our stuff in the hotel storage area. Located on the main road, close to pertol pump and convinience store
Disliked: I was there during the move-in week and the price I paid was way too much for the facilities. The property is old and rooms a bit dated. The breakfast and dinner menus were very limited

Want my money back, and...

Liked: The rooms where big and clean. No cleaning service had to ask for more towels.
Disliked: Well we waited in the line for 1:45 to get our room with 25 other customers. That is unacceptable, nobody answer the phone, food was horrible, and you have NO customer courtesy for any one. You are to get BREAKFAST and no food. TV didn’t work but we did get it fixed. I loved how big the rooms are you can move around. You need to improve your customer service below -10

Liked: Breakfast wasn't bad. Orange juice dispenser dispensed orange colored water, not actual orange juice. Had scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes on hot bar and yogurt, toast and a few apples on the cold side.
Disliked: Called OYO hotline to see how late I could check in. Was connected to a call center (maybe in india). Could not understand a word that the woman on the other end of the phone said, except for the part where she told me my room had been canceled in April. She gave me a direct dial number fot the hotel, which nobody answered after 35-40 rings. Left and drove to hotel earlier than I had planned to try to straighten things out. There was a sign on the desk that said "be back in 15 minutes". 30 minutes later someone finally walked in the front door. I did get checked in after some difficulties communicating with the guy behind the counter. Room was a suite. Ancient microwave, broken coffee pot and an ancient dorm fridge. Ancient couch also. Scuffs on the walls from furniture, giant dirty shoe print in the tub from I'm assuming the maid. Bed was fairly comfortable. The water was not hot. Best I could get was a luke warm shower. And I got back to the room at 11:30pm so I'm sure there was not a high demand on the water heater at that time.
