Liked: So far I haven't had a disease from my one night stay here.
Disliked: We were in the king bed suite with pull out couch. The pull out couch literally had a cushion turned over that was ripped and had a blood stain. Then there was an old crumbled sheet and the mattress cover on the bed was blood stained. It was beyond disgusting. It took two trips down to get "housekeeping" to come the room. No cleaning occurred and sheets were just placed over the nastiness. It has been one of the nastiest room experiences I have ever had. We were not compensated. There was no explanation or apology. This place needs shut down.

Change in Name and Available...

Disliked: The property changed names between the time of my booking and my stay, not generally a big deal, however the accommodations I booked also changed. The type of room I selected at booking was no longer available at the property forcing me to pay for a second room in order to have meet the needs of my group.

Liked: I paid for 2 queen beds suite with sofa bed, living room and kitchen. I booked the room for 2 nights for 6 people. The total amount was $398. When we checked into the hotel we got a room with 2 double beds, no sofa bed, no queen beds it was not a suite. There was not enough beds for 6 people that I had paid for.
