Superb

I love it there, everything...

Liked: The room the, pool and thr hotel it self was beautiful
Disliked: No complaints

Avoid if you are getting...

Liked: Property was booked since there was no other option. Available on given dates .
Disliked: Very short of staff .. no daily room cleaning.. breakfast option is very limited and worth not booking it .

It was to my satisfaction,...

Liked: The rooms were clean, and breakfast was nice.
Disliked: We got several complaints about noise when there was not any music playing and the TV did work in our first room, so it wasn't even loud. My partner does have a tendency to get excited and loud at times...but not 6 times in several different rooms.

Disappointing

Disliked: They did not give us the room we booked. We booked a room with 2 Queen beds and got one king bed. It was not ideal for our family. They were sold out so we didn’t have a choice.

Good

Not a clean place to...

Liked: it was close to the university and highway.
Disliked: The property was not clean. the carpet was not vacuumed. There were glass shards lying and it got stuck on our foot too! Sheets were not washed either,

Stay elsewhere!

Liked: The location is convenient. The front desk staff is friendly, doing the best they can.
Disliked: Stay elsewhere! It’s really a dump. The lobby is deceiving. The rooms, carpet, flooring, furniture and even the towels are badly worn. I’m not picky but the food really is bad. No housekeeping! Many people had issues with the hotel canceling their reservation for no reason on graduation weekend. The new owners need to do major updates/upgrades.
