Disappointing

Liked: The location was perfect for our event. But the room was extremely hot. Tried to turn down the temp but not successful. The water in the shower kept running. First thing in the morning there were ambulances and police attending a room. The area is not the safest. I found a hair tie in the bed!
Disliked: The staff were very pleasant!!

Was not very favorably impressed...

Liked: Room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. There isn't really anything much else to say other than that..
Disliked: Pipes bang when heat comes on or water is turned on in the room or other roomsLots of noise and fighting/yelling in the parking lot. Entrance door is locked so had to wait for someone to open the door before I could get in.The room was expensive and not worth the cost
