Liked: It was to town.wothin walking distance.
Disliked: Beds were bad and uncomfortable. The place was old and bathroom was gross and old. Mold in the corners and weird plastic covering over the window in the bathroom.

Liked: Dated but clean and a decent place to crash for the night. Would go again.

Adequate for Budget Sensitive Travelers,...

Liked: It's the cheapest option around, so if costs are a consideration, this is a viable place to stay. It's close to downtown Littleton, but will need a ride to go to the big box stores (Walmart, McDo, Home Depot, etc.). It has a free, carb-rich, mostly pre-packaged breakfast, and love the waffle maker. Otherwise, breakfast is just so-so. Lots of parking. Desk guy was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The facility itself is old, and needs rehab. I had to go to Walmart and buy slippers since the in-room carpet is questionable to walk on (needs to be shampooed!). Walls are thin, so you can hear neighbors. Breakfast as mentioned above is mostly starch (stale pancakes, pre-packaged muffins, bulk-bought bagels, etc.). Overall, just need to scrub and clean. Better yet, just tear down and rebuild.
