Liked: The guest laundry room
Disliked: This is not a hotel but just a glorified hostel. Breakfast was adequate but you had to eat it off paper plates and with flimsy plastic cutlery... housekeeping never set foot in the room for the 4 days..the bins were full with left over takeaways..the whole place needs a refurb.. especially the dirty carpets..we were not impressed and very disappointed as it was a best western and we had expected better.

Great Hotel, Good Service

Liked: We arrived late the first day, we called the Hotel, they promised someone will be waiting at the front desk and there was a lady welcoming us at 1:20AM. The Hotel is not far away from the downtown tourist attractions, about 2 hour drive to the Mount Rainier. Very close to the shopping mall. There is a big T&T store in the mall.

I will definitely stay here...

Liked: Parking and a descent breakfast included! Comfortable bed. Nice room size. Clean.

Disliked: Third day cleaning service has to be requested, it should be automatic.
