Eastgate Hotel - BW Signature Collection

Good for a short stay.

Liked: Good parking for a fee.
Disliked: No late check out.

Location, location, location!

Liked: The location was wonderful, the facility was very clean and the staff was terrific! (Especially the housekeeping staff). The breakfast was very good: waffles and strawberries, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, hot oatmeal, pastries and muffins, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy. My husband was in heaven :*)
Disliked: I wish there had been a swimming pool, especially for the price, but it was clean and nice.

Liked: Location Convenience. Price was more reasonable than downtown Seattle.
Disliked: Location to cruise port

Liked: The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great.
Disliked: The staff left something to be desired, especially those answering the phone and housekeeping. So rude. If you didn’t request housekeeping before 10am you didn’t receive it. Seriously? It would have been nice to know this at check in. The breakfast was terrible: eggs too salty, bacon as thin and crisp as potato chips, the rest of the offerings were mediocre at best. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud it shook the walls in the bathroom yet didn’t work. Our neighbors exhaust fan was the same and shook the adjoining wall to our room. There is more but that will be addressed directly to the property.
