Liked: The room was big, and had all what I needed to enjoy my stay. Location was great, short drive to downtown Bellevue and Seattle. Being close to Factoria meant there are plenty of food options near by. Great value for money.Would it kill your staff to smile? Specially the folks at reception. It felt like speaking to pissed off robots. My room's window had what seemed to be 2 bullet holes in it. I'm surprised you guys haven't changed them, and can't help but wonder whether its safe to stay at your property again.
