Very good

Liked: Clean and very comfortable bed. Close to amenities and restaurants.
Disliked: Price compared to other motels and there facilities and what you get for your money. Room attendents( cleaners) the only people we saw during our stay.

Frequent stayers

Liked: Proximity to the foreshore, eateries, shopping, hospital etc. Staff are always, friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: There's really nothing I don't like about Eastern Sands. If I'm really picky it needs an update with some paint, colourful bedding and furniture. A few cosmetic updates, it"'s a little tired, but honestly, this isn't why we stay here.

Liked: Close to stadium, closer than I thought Amazing pub next doorDouble windows keep noise down.Thank you for your booking on late notice
Disliked: It's near a bottle shop so expect some street noise Deal with it , nothing bad to say

The hotel meet my needs...

Liked: location. The hotel was looking tired but it was clean and basic.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Location and room were great
Disliked: Outside of the building and car park area were old and need a revamp. Not a good look having old couches on the balcony.
