Totally overrated and overpaid!

Liked: Breakfast and dinner are okay although there is loads of room for improvement in the EDUCATION OF THE WAITERS which have been pretty unprofessional, cheaply dressed and partly not fit for purpose !
Disliked: Totally overrated & overpaid. Completely dirty carpets&chairs in the restaurant; disgraceful conditions in the Spa area-dirty, especially the covers of the deck chairs, several features were "out of order"....bad maintenance-specially the outside balcony;in total tasteless, no atmosphere and out dated! Definitely NO COME BACK!! Either people are blind or worse if they can't see the dirt&and really bad conditions of this hotel. I couldn't take photos from the very bad areas in the Spa area...but Booking.com should rate this house at a personal visit!

Disliked: felt ripped off. paid more than friends for same size room but had a balcony with rusty furniture. shower was blocked and flooded the bathroom. staff not helpful breakfast poor and old furniture.
