Must visit for an experience

Liked: Great experience, Enjoy using the Gym and swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.Great dinning experience in one of the restaurant which has just recently opened. Plenty of time between coures and quality of food exceptional. Might come out as a high price but worth the visit. Just a perfect evening and a great ambience layout. Will be booking another visit soon. Breakfast was like normal bed and breakfast but still quality ingredients was used.

Disappointing

Liked: So the venue was lovely and it was clean and friendly staff. The room was nice, the gym was good but the spa lets it down.Unfortunately My boyfriend got food poisoning from the mince meat on the pizza so it spoilt our stay.
Disliked: The spa area is very basic and not luxury at all

Liked: The hotel was fine.
Disliked: I should have checked, but I honestly didn't imagine that the spa treatments would not be available after 5pm. This was the only reason I booked the hotel. I was on a course during the day so couldn't take advantage of the spa treatments.

Delighted with standard of accommodation....

Liked: I visited the hotel with my daughter and grandson. Room was perfect, spacious, clean with ample milk, tea and coffee. We all loved the pool and gym special thanks to Saffron. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the hotel and will book again.
