Provides a peaceful setting close...
Liked: Prime Location: Located directly across from Belongil Beach and about a 15-minute walk to the town centre, the property offers a great balance between serenity and access to Byron Bay's attractions.Spacious and Well-Appointed Villas: The villas are generously sized, individually decorated, and feature polished timber floors with big open-plan living areas.Fully Equipped Kitchens: The modern kitchens, complete with dishwasher, oven, and essential utensils, are particularly convenient for long-term travelers.In-villa Amenities: Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer within the villa was incredibly convenient, even for a short stay.Outdoor Amenities: A beautiful lagoon-style pool surrounded by landscaped gardens enhance the relaxing environment.Grill on the Veranda: the villa included a private veranda with a barbecue grill, a great option for outdoor meals.
Disliked: Extremely Poor Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was by far the worst we've experienced during our on going 60-day trip through Australia. Useless for streaming or video conferences.Inadequate Light Blocking in Bedrooms: The window coverings do not effectively block morning light, making it hard to sleep in or rest comfortably.Lack of Power Outlets in Living Area: Surprisingly, there are very few accessible power points in the big living room, which is inconvenient for modern travelers.Disorganized Waste Disposal Area: The garbage area is poorly arranged, and the signage for sorting and disposing of waste is unclear and inconsistent, which can be confusing for guests.

Perfect place to stay in...
Liked: Great quieter location but walkable to the centre. The apartment was amazing. Tasteful decor and great layout. The balcony and outdoor kitchen was a highlight. Set in lovely gardens with a good size pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed apartment in quiet...
Liked: Pros:• Stayed in room 9 which had a dedicated car park garage and was just off to the side of the pool area. • Room had gardens at front and rear of property so all rooms had natural light and a nice outlook. • Great outdoor BBQ facility as part of unit with large outdoor table, prefect for enjoying a meal outdoors (if it ever stops raining, which wasn't the case in May 2025)• Comfortable bed • Range of teas provided was good. • Had a convenient walk in robe and ensuite in master bedroom plus a full second bathroom with full bath. • Nice kitchen with lots of space to cook. • Quiet at night and during the day, even with the solar train going past 18 times a day (it is very quiet so you barely notice it)• Shower had two shower heads and plenty of room. • Would stay again. • Treetops restaurant is located next door which looked OK, but we didn't go there as it's all open plan and the weather was too cold at nights for outdoor dining.
Disliked: Cons:• No coffee machine. Was told there is a nespresso machine when i booked but that was clearly not true. • No TV in bedroom which was disappointing • Location is not the best, being around a 20min walk to the edge of town and with poor footpaths and constant rain, you really need a car. • No stereo to play music• No hair dryer in room which was disappointing • Decor a little dated and couch soggy so just went to bed early as it was too uncomfortable to sit on for lengthy periods. • Bin on bathroom looked old and needed replacing • No gym or other facilities to entertain yourself when it always rains. • Pool area not overly inviting but it could have been the poor weather. • Beach across the road was very rough so couldn't swim there.

A very comfortable, spacious, and...
Liked: Fantastic unit. My son's face lit up with a beautiful smile as he stepped inside and saw the spacious living area. We appreciated the fact that there was a nice comfortable leather lounge chair, rather than the uncomfortable rattan furniture that is in so many places. The apartment was well appointed. Beds were comfortable, and the pool was lovely. The inclusion of books and board games made the place feel more like a home than a hotel. Perhaps the best feature, however, was the fact that the Treehouse Cafe was right next door. We arrived at our accommodation late on a dark and rainy night after a treacherous drive. Upon arrival we couldn't help noticing how warm and welcoming the Treehouse looked with its relaxed vibe, twinkling lights, DJ, and wood-fired pizzas. As soon as we had checked into our apartment, we headed next door for dinner! We returned on our last night to try another dish from their delicious menu before heading home.
Disliked: Light switches were a little odd. It took a bit to figure out that there was a switch for the light on the bathroom PowerPoint. It was difficult to manoeuvre the car into the allocated garage because of the positioning of a carport post opposite the garage. This has clearly been an issue for others too, as evidenced by the gashes in the carport post. Most of the time it was possible to carefully angle the car by utilising an empty carport space opposite - but when the carport was occupied by another vehicle, it was much more difficult.
