Manager is the Worst at...
Liked: Nothing- didn't get to stay because after confirming we could have a late check in, the manager gave our room away to his personal family members.
Disliked: Oh, that they confirmed we could have a late check in and then gave our room away 2 hours later. That we had to drive home in the middle of the night and didn't get home until 5am. We screenshots of all of the calls and timestamps, and audio of the call when we were told the rooms were being given away by the manager.

Never again, do your research...
Liked: From the moment we got here we wanted to exit the property as the room is in such a poor state. It was unclean had a very strong smell of damp very poor plumbing that leaked and the web for constantly in the bathroom.
Disliked: I could say a lot about this property as I was travelling with my son who was a professional fighter and in spite numerous attempts and agreeing a refund from the management as we wanted to leave from the moment we got there however an alternative accommodation was not made available to us so we stayed one night and was requested to leave then would receive a full refund for the night. We didn’t stay as they had other guests. Apparently we are still waiting for the refund. I am now considering going public with this. My son is a well-known celebrity boxer champion and we have chase for the refund for days on end without any joy including little to no help from Booking.com not just on the night but afterwards too, but this won’t go away any time soon as I am a prolific blogger and I will continue to write about my awful experience at this hotel and until a full refund is given for the night we did not stay in the appalling accommodation. Not to mention one of the beds was literally falling to bits and it collapsed on the corner and they had this down as habitable accommodation is a total joke

The worst stay in any...
Liked: Nothing - terrible experience. I am surprised your reputable Booking company keeps this terrible awful dirty and grotesque motel among their suggested accommodations
Disliked: Dirty roomWalls full of huge stains and nicksObligatory and at the front door the concierges are rude and cannot be bothered In the morning I sled if I could leave my suitcase in storage for 1 hour to go and get breakfast and the answer was NO. Both night and day concierge totally rude. They cannot be bothered.No internet service - they lie and say there is internet!
