Rude Staff. Unfriendly Environment.

Liked: The place was clean.
Disliked: The staff are extremely rude. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was rude, told us he couldn't meet with us at that time because it had yet been three p m and told us to go sit down and wait. After waiting, he said to us, "are you ready?". Then he was abrupt, check us into a handicap room that did not have a microwave. We had difficulties with the keys and when we went back to ask for help a different gentleman who spent his time on the telephone and made it clear by his behavior we were interrupting his telephone call when he had to help us with our keys to get back into the room. We have stayed there before, but this is the first time we have been treated so badly. We travel to the area often. And will never stay here again.

Disliked: Night clerks derogatory & "look down his nose at me" attitude. Being informed abruptly & dismissively when I asked for it. No elevator & being told I couldn't use the baggage cart & would have to climb stairs to get to the room

Disliked: When you walk in its not bad but when you go into the hallways passed fire doors that slam all night. It changes to hallways like in the shining. So scary and dingy. Beer cans in hallways no elevator. Room and cracking ceiling all over the place. Large stains on walls by bed. Went to Lowe's to and slept on plastic sheet. Awful place stay away. They do non refundable because they know everyone would leave.
