The people at the hotel were pleasant and accommodating. Just wish the top bunk was more secure and had a barrier or rail.

Liked: Clean and we could come and go as we wanted.
Disliked: Wish the top bunk had a railing. It does not!

Liked: Great staff, great location. There’s no room service and stuff like that, so it might not be for everyone. But if all you need is a clean, safe, affordable, well located place to stay in NYC for a few days, I definitely recommend it.

Liked: From the pictures in the ad, it was difficult to tell what the room would look like. But the room we got was pretty good and the shower was much better than what we expected from the pictures.
Disliked: No baggage storage.

Liked: I like the location. It was simple to find, right off the subway! I ate at Katz deli, it was delightful. I very much enjoyed the view from the roof of the building.
Disliked: I did not like that the room I was assigned was in the lobby, room 102. It was very loud, people would have conversations outside my room in the lobby. People tried to jiggle the handle on my room door a few occasions. Also, the water in the shower was cold.
