Liked: the location was good, the restaurant was OK, very busy and once again staff need a few lessons in customer service, the pasta average, pizza nice
Disliked: be careful, we paid for a lux 1 bedroom apartment, but the staff mistakenly downgraded us, most apologetic the second staff member I spoke to, the first said no I had to send my booking confirmation, how rude. the second staff member did give us a credit for the restaurant and a bottle of wine. But i specificallly booked the room well in advance as due to an injury required a spa bath, so I am not sure I what I missed, just stick a note a printed note to your head with your booking details for staff.

Superb

Liked: Great room, friendly staff. I rented a room for two nights, including the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding.Knowing this, the hotel provided us with complementary chocolate and wine and left us a nice card to congratulate us.We weren't expecting that, so thought it was a really nice touch!
Disliked: The bed was a bit firm for my liking, but that's the only thing!

Disliked: The fan in the bathroom would be on all the time, with no switch to turn it off, so was disturbing at night.Had to pay for parking which was strange.

Lovely central modern motel for...

Liked: Great location. Modern amenities. Handy kitchenette. Good price. Handy on site parking.
Disliked: Open bathroom (no connecting door) to main bedroom meant not much noise cancelling when someone in the bathroom. My bed felt like it had a lean on it (mattress)
