Perfect stay

Liked: Everything how spacious the room was the staff who were so energetic it was contagious I loved it so much. We was there for one night stay but if we ever come again we are defs going there because there pub below is brand new it looks stunning and the food as well and drinks soooo good. Loved every minute.
Disliked: The only one thing I didn't like was the communication leading up there was barely any communication leading up to stay when I tried to contact a few times I tried calling a few times and no answers and messaging to do with the pre payment but it just ended up happening on the day anyways.

Great room, some details need...

Liked: Location was perfect, room was lovely. Staff were helpful as we arrived late evening.
Disliked: The sink in the bathroom was blocked so had to use the kitchen sink. There were no black tea bags of any description, just green and lemon/ ginger. Disappointing as a tea drinker and would not expect to have to being those to such an upmarket place. Would go again and try another room.

Already booked again for May!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are beautiful. Perfect location for what we were doing. Breakfast was delicious and a big serving. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Not so much what I didn't like but some people might find it a bit too noisy.

Friendly and Comfy.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Comfy room and very comfy bed and bedding.Bathroom was clean, easy access to the shower, user friendly shower taps.I would happily stay there again.
Disliked: Managing my bags through the small doorway entrance.

Liked: Clean n beautifully presented. Close to great restaurants. Awesome musicians downstairs

A let down for how...

Liked: Very clean, nice bathroom, fun pub, let us store our bags after for a few hours after check out
Disliked: Very expensive and a bit of a let down considering how much it was, room service not available until 10am despite saying it was available from 7am - which we were really relying upon as we had to go to a wedding early in the morning, couldn’t get dishwasher to work and there was no dishwashing liquid to hand wash, lift not working and weren’t informed until we arrived (my partner has mobility difficulties), no cupboards (just open clothing rack), awkward and uncomfortable chairs in front of TV and couldn’t watch TV from bed, no PowerPoint available on either side of bed - had to unplug lamp on one side to charge phone and then charge other phone on floor of the lounge area, issue when we arrived as they couldn’t find our booking. Usually all this isn’t a major issue but just considering we paid over $650+ for two nights, this all was frustrating - felt we did not get value for money)
