I think it’s a nice...

Liked: Our room did not include breakfast. I loved the beautiful view over the river and mountains from the back area of the motel where they had a covered sitting area and other picnic tables that looked out over the view. The motel was quiet being right in town with a big parking area out the door and then the neighbor’s yard had beautiful lilacs in bloom and a huge weeping willow tree. It was convenient for us. We wanted a location close to the graduation we attended in the evening. The other great help was the staff gave us options where to have dinner and there was a fabulous authentic Mexican restaurant that was open late .
Disliked: I think the price was high, but it was just high on the weekend , if the graduation was a different day we could have stayed for half the price almost! We chose to stay an extra day because of her graduation party. It was all worth it!

A very charming motel

Liked: The location a just off the highway, so very easy to find. I had a beautiful view of Priest Lake from my room. The staff was very helpful with food suggestions. I also loved the extremely cute carved bears lining the rails outside the rooms! Absolutely charming and adorable! The room was very clean and spacious. It looked freshly updated! The spa tub was fantastic! The room didn't run out of hot water while filling it up and it was so nice to soak and watch some TV after a long trip. And it was so restful and quiet!
Disliked: The lady at check in was a little brisk, but she was helpful. And some of the signage and instructions were a little defensive in wording, but I'm just being picky. The room could have used a rug of some kind to make it just a tad more homey. There were no glasses in the room, which I found inconvenient but I just used some bottled water I had from my travels.
