Great visit for the price...

Liked: Agent was very pleasant and helpful…loved no stairs, walk straight in from parking lot! Very prompt on all requests, towels,etc! Great price for 7 nights! Memory foam beds were wonderful…
Disliked: Carpet could be cleaner

Liked: Location is near Garden of the Gods. Place is well kept, organized and clean though old. Overall I had a good night rest.

Liked: The owner was super friendly. The rooms were newly renovated. Comfortable bed and pillow . Very clean! We booked two rooms and everyone enjoyed the stay.

Great Motel, would stay again!

Liked: Friendly owner, fantastic location close to town and no noise issues. Room was a little outdated but spacious, had fridge and microwave, everything was very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and good shower. There was even breakfast with decent options.
Disliked: Our only complaint: Styrofoam cups and bowls at breakfast – we wish there had been recycable options instead.

Liked: Friendly ownership. Location was close to but quiet from downtown Manitou Springs. It's a modest place. No need to pack pompousness for this stay. There was a simple breakfast each morning. The rooms are clean. My wife said so. Otherwise, I wouldn't know. For me, the bed was a little hard. My wife and son didn't mind a bit. It's a great value. We'll be back!

Liked: What a great room and location. The check-in process was simple. The owner had every resdy for our arrival. The room was in great condition. I love nice motels. So conveniently parking in front of your door.
