Wonderful

Liked: I love the customer service that I received. Of all the motels I’ve stayed in .. this is the only motel that I’ve stayed at in Long Beach, this is the only one that communicates professionally and cordially! The room was spacious and comfortable . Parking was abundant and love that there’s a McDonald’s literally across the street.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about since this has exceeded a lot of my expectations.

Liked: It was short drive to Downtown Long Beach. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice.
Disliked: There was some homeless people around the perimeter of the motel. People came in late at night and were very loud and disrespectful. The outside steps need to be deep cleaned and the walls inside the room as well.

Liked: The rooms were very big and appeared to be clean. The staff and especially management were extremely accommodating.
