Liked: Lovely welcome, clean room and comfortable bed. We could open the windows but the manager could not tell us when we arrived if we could, she didn’t know.
Disliked: The pillows were awful, you could T class them as a pillow.

Avoid and stay elsewhere! Certainly...

Liked: The photo of the room look like the property, however that’s a far as it goes!
Disliked: The location of the property was hurrendous! I’m surprised my car was still there in the morning and that I actually had my tyres still in place to!

Disliked: The pub across the road stays open until 3am and you can't sleep due to everyone being outside the pub making a he'll of a noise

Liked: Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly reception staff.Alot of stairs to climb with case but managed.Area abit noisy, but for price was good 👍

Definitely not a soundproof room

Liked: Room was very clean and the bathroom was lovely.
Disliked: Hotel is advertised as soundproof, however it was very noisy all night long. The room was also extremely warm and only a fan was provided, which didn’t make any difference (even with the window open). Also tried to find a staff member in the night and no one was available. Have tried to message the team to help with a query and no response, although they have messaged me before through the booking.com messaging system. If you need to wake up early for a flight and can’t sleep through a bit of noise, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend

Liked: no effort at all to ask for more tea, coffee, towels, anything for that matter, and also super friendly, it feels more as a family run hotel instead of a bigger chain.
Disliked: nothing, we keep coming back for as long as they let us.
