Liked: receptionist was friendly face to face, rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: I advised I would be checking in late. I was told there will be parking. When I arrived the car park was full (and tiny) and when I asked for help in where to park, I was told to go on google maps. the nearest car park was 1/2 mile away. Information needs to be clearer and if there is likely to be issues with parking, let your customers know. I won't be staying there again but it could be a really good hotel in all other aspects. I arrived after closing so never ate or drank there.

Liked: lovely property and lovely staff
Disliked: booked for three adults and two children and got given two double beds. partly my fault for not checking when booking but two beds are definitely not enough for five people. very noisy at night.

For layover flight you dont...
Liked: It’s a good location if you need to catch flight or havjngn layover, with taxi you’re there within 15 min.
Disliked: It’s super overpriced and it has literally nothing in the room except for coffee/ tea. Staff welcomes you and next day you have a separate exit and you cannot enter the main area of the hotel and no staff is present anymore. Not everything is working (lights) and it was after a day of 21 degrees very warm in the room. It has no atmosphere and rhe only thing to do is sleep and go.
