Liked: The room and staff
Disliked: The pub across the road stays open until 3am and you can't sleep due to everyone being outside the pub making a he'll of a noise

Liked: Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly reception staff.Alot of stairs to climb with case but managed.Area abit noisy, but for price was good
Disliked: Can't say I didn't like anything because for.price all good really

Definitely not a soundproof room

Liked: Room was very clean and the bathroom was lovely.
Disliked: Hotel is advertised as soundproof, however it was very noisy all night long. The room was also extremely warm and only a fan was provided, which didn’t make any difference (even with the window open). Also tried to find a staff member in the night and no one was available. Have tried to message the team to help with a query and no response, although they have messaged me before through the booking.com messaging system. If you need to wake up early for a flight and can’t sleep through a bit of noise, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend

Liked: no effort at all to ask for more tea, coffee, towels, anything for that matter, and also super friendly, it feels more as a family run hotel instead of a bigger chain.
Disliked: nothing, we keep coming back for as long as they let us.

Liked: Value for money and near town centre. The room was clean.
Disliked: Check out time, which is 10 am. You could hear the noise from outside. Being near the main road and weekend made it worse.
