Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was great for getting to the train station.
Disliked: It was difficult to get in touch with staff for checkin, but once we found them they were very helpful.

Rude hotel staff, rough surroundings,...

Liked: The hotel is relatively close to Luton Airport, though required a taxi to get there.
Disliked: Luton high street is rough and disappointing. The staff were rude, and the facilities were bad. It was a hot day in Luton, and we had a fan, but the window opened onto an accessible rooftop, so we didn't feel safe leaving it open all the way. If we'd paid half what we paid it still would have been uncomfortable, but at least affordable. It was a total rip off for what we paid.

Liked: The room was okay and fairly comfortable
Disliked: The property had checked in random people into my room before I had arrived. Leaving me almost stranded because they had not done their job properly. I had communicated with the hotel that I would be checking in at 11pm however they still went ahead and let people check in under my name which is absurd. Very unprofessional staff

Good for our very short...

Liked: Lovely welcome, clean room and comfortable bed. We could open the windows but the manager could not tell us when we arrived if we could, she didn’t know.
Disliked: The pillows were awful, you could T class them as a pillow.
