No parking!!

Liked: Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Very poor experience, I feel I was cheated. On Booking I filtered by hotels with parking. The hotel did not have parking. They had me park at another hotel (EA Populus) of the same chain, and bring me back by taxi. This took me an hour to arrange (drive and wait for the taxi), both upon arrival and departure, and a lot of hassle with luggage and I temporarily had to park right outside the hotel risking a fine. Very poor experience when you are already tired from traveling. Don't say there's parking when there is no parking RIGHT AT the hotel.

Very disappointing service for such...

Liked: Close to the train station, but if your arrive/departure time is not coincide with check in/out there is no advantage for you.
Disliked: I did online registration to save time but woman at the reception said that I filled not all info but she didn’t know how to fill it right and in the end she suggested to literally "CANCEL" my wife who was traveling with me. We have never had such experience before.Towels were updated selectively, coffee capsules were not refilled. Terrible plumbing, but this is expected for hotels.
