Great location and hotel, service...

Liked: Great location, really conveniently located near to the Old Town Square and underground stations
Disliked: The roof terrace was closed and that was a big selling point for making the booking. Also, the information provided at check in could’ve been better. We weren’t advised about the spa and gym facilities, nor the breakfast service.

Great city break

Liked: The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to a lot of local attractions as well as metro and subway stops, which takes you everywhere else. Public transport is great and cheap
Disliked: Early check out, my flight was late. But it’s the same in most hotels.

Disliked: I didn’t have curtains so soeeping once the sun came up was near on impossible, had an old air con unit placed at end of bed what barely worked and sounded like a tractor was at the end of the bed

Liked: Location to Old Town and main train station; staff are helpful; room is a good size; kitchenette is helpful; price is okay
Disliked: The whole hotel is looking tired and in need of a refurbishment; tv is very small and old; air conditioning didn’t work properly and the fan made a lot of noise. This is definitely not a four star hotel
