Liked: Nicely appointed rooms with nice full size bathroom, good breakfast with many options, great staff (Adnan(?) at the front desk).
Disliked: I stayed in two different size rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors, and the hotel AC struggled to keep the rooms comfortable enough for sleeping.

Liked: The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Adnan at the reception was excellent, he is doing his best to help all the time. He keeps smiling all the time. Breakfast was excellent, the location is perfect, it's easy to walk to all historical places, and the room is always clean.
Disliked: Everything was perfect

Liked: The location was perfect, the breakfast choice was sufficient, the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The parking space was extremely small and difficult to park in. I would recommend to implement valet parking and use the hotel staff to park the customer's cars. The room was too warm, the staff could not help because the AC was centrally setup they said.

Disliked: A hotel that, unfortunately, does not respect its customers and shows no willingness to help.While paying for my parents’ stay, the hotel’s website charged me an additional amount. When I tried to clarify the situation by email, I was first told it was due to a currency conversion issue. Once I provided clear documentation that it wasn’t a currency matter, they changed their explanation and claimed that I had voluntarily sent them extra money and that there was nothing they could do about it.There was a total lack of respect — they kept sending me the same copy-paste email in response to my requests for help and never once offered a real solution.I have never been treated this poorly by any customer service team. It is outrageous that the hotel simply kept my money and sees no issue with that.I strongly advise avoiding this place — unless, of course, you don’t mind being scammed
